Here at Boss Exteriors, we back all our projects with the manufacturer’s product warranty, and many services also come with an in-house labor warranty. We stand behind our work with integrity and take our warranties seriously, so if you ever run into an issue that’s covered, we’ll make it right before you know it.

Roof Replacements

Full roof replacements come backed by an Owens Corning 50-year prorated manufacturer’s warranty and a 10-year labor warranty.

Roof & Siding Repairs

All repairs come with a standard 12-month warranty required by the Oregon state contracting board.

Siding Replacements

James Hardie siding replacements come with a 30-year product warranty. Plus, we offer 10-year structural warranties and 2-year craftsmanship warranties on all siding installations, no matter the material.
