Hello there, I’m Gabe. I am the Owner and Visionary at Boss Exteriors. I grew up in Canby Oregon and now live in Damascus with my wife of 11 years and our 3 beautiful daughters. I enjoy endurance trail running, snowmobiling and mountain biking. Tillamook Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice cream topped with a banana is truly the best scoop out there.

Hello, I’m Rylan Phillips and I am the General Manager here at Boss Exteriors. I grew up in Beaverton and live with my wife Staci and 2 daughters in Sherwood Oregon. Trail running and outdoor activities are how I love to spend my free time, the thrill of exploring new trail systems is my favorite kind of adventure. I balance my healthy lifestyle with a deep love for peanut butter chocolate ice cream.

Hello, I’m Dan and I’m the Sales Manager at Boss Exteriors. I grew up on a 40 acre farm in Beavercreek OR and live in with my wife and our 3 children in Molalla. I spend a lot of my free time in my wood shop or backpacking in the mountains. I’m not so sure about all these ice cream lovers I work with, a good cobbler is where it’s at!

I love fishing and cooking in my free time and I never met a scoop of strawberry cheese cake ice cream I didn’t like! I have worked at Boss Exteriors since February 2021 and I am your Exteriors Specialist.

Hello, I’m Larry and I’m the Lead Superintendent at Boss Exteriors. I grew up in Redmond Oregon and now live with my beautiful bride Cindy in Oregon City. We have 3 grown children and are blessed with young grandchildren to chase around! In my free time I love to golf, exercise and spend time with my wife and grandkids. I have 34 years in the Roofing/Construction Industry and have gained much from the experience! In my free time, I love being active. Biking, camping and being outdoors are some of my favorite pastimes, along with Martial Arts. If I were going to choose my favorite flavor, Peanut Butter and Vanilla Ice cream would be my choice!

Production and the service industry is in my blood, and I credit that to the hard work and example of my parents. My daughter is still very young, so when I get some free time I like to sleep! However, crafting and fishing are two other hobbies I enjoy thoroughly. If I had to choose a scoop, I'd pick Coffee Ice Cream every time!
