The dumpster and materials are dropped off, the jobsite is prepped, and work begins.

Substantial Completion
Once the work is completed, the superintendent will perform a final walk-through and cleanup.
Step 8
Final Invoice
When all is said and done and you’re happy with the result, you’ll receive the final payment invoice.
