Hello there, I’m Gabe. I am the Owner and Visionary at Boss Exteriors. I grew up in Canby Oregon and now live in Damascus with my wife of 11 years and our 3 beautiful daughters. I enjoy endurance trail running, snowmobiling and mountain biking. Tillamook Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice cream topped with a banana is truly the best scoop out there.

Hello there! I’m Greg, and I am the Sales Manager here at Boss Exteriors. I’ve worked in the construction industry for the past 15 years and one thing I enjoy about this business is leading and encouraging those around me. My family is my world, and I love watching my 4 kids compete in their MANY sports activities. In what little free time I have left after that; I enjoy hunting, fishing and traveling the beautiful PNW. In my professional opinion, Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice cream is the best and only way to go.

Hello! I’m Jess and I’m your office Customer Success Coordinator. If you call us, you’ll be speaking with me to book a full scope inspection and project. I’m also the office fairy, juggling a lot of tasks that magically get done for the rest of the team all day! I’m new-ish to the exterior world, but I’ve worked in the construction field for 5 years now. What I love about Boss is that every single day is new and exciting! I enjoy being the first contact for a customer, helping them with each step of their project. There is growth in this company, and I love having the opportunity to move forward and up! 

When I’m not working at Boss, I’m spending time with my incredible daughter. Anything outdoors, with family and friends is where my heart is. A great scoop of ice cream is also something I enjoy, and Chocolate chip cookie dough is my favorite!

Hi there, I’m Eric Powell and I’m your Exteriors Specialist at Boss Exteriors. I grew up in Silverton Oregon and reside in Molalla. My wife Holly and I have 6 kids and 5 grandkids. I love fishing and cooking in my free time and I never met a scoop of strawberry cheese cake ice cream I didn’t like! I have worked at Boss Exteriors since February 2021.

I’m Hanna, and I’m the Brand Director at Boss Exteriors. I grew up in Philomath Oregon and now live in Damascus Oregon where my husband Gabe and I raise our 3 beautiful daughters. I love writing and recording music, drinking coffee and traveling.  If you bring me Chocolate or Coffee Ice cream, but make it Dairy Free I’ll be your new BFF.

Hi! I’m An, and I’m the Marketing Coordinator at Boss. I am married and live in Beaverton with my husband and our beautiful daughter Lucy. I grew up in NE Portland and worked in my family’s bakery. Production and the service industry is in my blood, and I credit that to the hard work and example of my parents.  Creating and fishing are two other hobbies I enjoy thoroughly. If I had to choose a scoop, I’d pick Coffee Ice Cream every time!

Hi! I’m Max, and I’m a project manager for Boss Exteriors. I’ve enjoyed working in the construction industry for 15 years and I love it when I can help others bring their dreams/visions into reality. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, working in cars, camping and playing music. Favorite Ice Cream? Definitely Chocolate peanut butter!

Hello, I’m Andrew and I’m the roofing project manager at Boss. I’ve been married for 11 years, and my wife and I have been blessed with 3 amazing kids. I enjoy learning new skills that challenge me, and there are many interesting things to learn in life as well as construction! I’ve been working in this industry for 15 years, and one of the best parts of my profession is giving the client a product that wows them! Exceeding expectations and putting a smile on their face is a reward I’m proud of and a fulfillment I can take home to my family. 

When I’m not on a jobsite or working with my customers, I enjoy training Jiu-jitsu, hunting and hiking as well as long-range precision shooting. If I had to pick just ONE flavor of Ice cream it would be Tillamook Caramel Swirl. 

Hi there, I’m Matthew and I’m a Lead Carpenter with Boss Exteriors. I’ve enjoyed working in the construction industry for 20 years now, and in my spare time…I like building stuff! My wife and I have been married for 20 awesome years, and we have 6 wonderful kids. When I’m not working on the jobsite or building things for my family, I drum with 2 different local bands. It’s fun to be a part of things that bring enjoyment to so many people. One last fun fact about me…I don’t really have a favorite ice cream, but I make a mean fruit smoothie!
